Terms of Service
Last updated 1 July 2026
Draft pending legal review — not yet a final, counsel-approved agreement.
T1D Daily Checklist is an organizational tool, not a medical device and not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage type 1 diabetes. Always follow the guidance of your child’s care team, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
The service
The app helps you build and share a daily care checklist for a child with type 1 diabetes. Reminders and checklist state are provided on a best-effort basis and should never be relied upon as the sole safeguard for a child’s care.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the invite links you share. Keep child device links private and revoke them when a device should no longer have access.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other accounts, or misuse the reminder or invite systems.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
